Patient Area
Appointments
Our office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Earlier hours may be available for testing or upon request. We see patients by appointment. When you arrive at your appointment, please bring all your medications, your insurance card(s), and any referral if applicable. Unfortunately, if you do not have a referral and your plan requires one, we will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please notify our office as soon as possible.
Telephone Calls
Our office staff has been trained to answer most questions. If they are unable to answer your questions, the doctor will be consulted and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Please call by 4:00pm for a change in your prescription or a refill. In an effort to best service your call, please have the name and telephone of your pharmacy available Calls after hours are handled appropriately by our answering service. If you are having chest pain, go to the closest hospital. Request the Emergency Room physician to contact the doctor on call.
